Water Damage

Following these steps is crucial for effective water damage restoration.
1. Extract Water : Begin by removing water from the affected area to prevent further damage and inhibit mold and mildew growth.
2. Remove padding: Take out the padding, as it can trap moisture and become a breeding ground for bacteria.
3. Treat Subfloor and Carpet: Address any remaining moisture in the subfloor and carpet to ensure a clean and safe environment.
4. Use Air Movers: Place air movers to facilitate drying.
5. Replace padding, reseam carpet as necessary, stretch and reinstall carpet.
Promptly performing these steps minimizes the risk of structural damage and health hazards. Once the area is properly treated, you can install new padding and reinstall the carpet to restore the space to is pre-damaged condition.

However, if you call us after hours and leave a message with complete details, we will return your call as soon as possible with an estimated time of arrival. Have your maintenance team perform a preliminary assessment and inform the tenant that we will be there in the morning.
