SAME DAY SERVICE: If, you have a water problem during working hours call us and we will revise our schedule to respond as quickly as possible. When the technicians arrive to the job, they will give you an estimate for the service required.

NEXT DAY SERVICE: If, a flood occurs when we are unavailable, take the following steps:

1. Stop the Water source



2. Have your maintenance person vacuum up as much water as possible. Remove wet padding if possible, turn on any ceiling fans and put flood fans in the unit if available. Remember to always keep the windows open or at least cracked.



3. Then call Langenwalter and leave a voice mail and ask for morning service to finish the job. This will include re-installation, deodorizing, and whatever is necessary.
